Sophia
Sophia has spent the last few years playing with her daughter Athena, teaching her languages, and exploring the universe through maps and puzzles. During the pandemic, she started writing stories and poems for youngsters to introduce them to Greek mythology since there was nothing available for that age group.
Sophia studied Literature and Arts History at the Sorbonne and Media at the LSE. To understand how very young children learn, and which practices motivate them, she pursued the Neuroscience Course, the Early Childhood Development course, and the Family Engagement in Education (from EdX).
She currently works with Emmy awardee Nina Neulight PhD on curriculum design for an online English kindergarten, while also advising parents on educational and practical ways to raise happy children.

Natasha
Natasha's favourite hobby since childhood was drawing and during her early school years she wanted to become a children’s book illustrator. She eventually went to university and studied a Masters of Biosciences (MBio) at the University of Lincoln followed by a master's in Data Science (MSci) at King's College London. During her studies, she met her partner Sam who is a Product Designer. They had a son Misha in August 2021 followed by their daughter Nina in 2023.

During her maternity leave, the concept for 'Mythena' was born and she started producing illustrations for the various products, which, in association with Sophia and Sam, were developed into a line of children’s educational toys.
